About this Project
This was a full reclad and renovation of a home that had suffered from poor construction – now known as a ‘leaky home’. We demolished the exterior plasterboard and removed and replaced rotten framing timber, as well as recladding the exterior with weather boards.
The job required fully tented scaffolding for the duration of the reclad. The house never had a code of compliance so Brad had to work closely with the council for code of compliance sign off, with construction completed in February 2019.
